2026-04-23The Bison Fellowship is a unique mentorship program designed for the most ambitious students and recent graduates (aged 18–26) who want to build the next generation of technology startups.
The program focuses on developing founding engineers—key early members of startup teams—by combining product thinking, advanced technical skills, and real-world project experience.
What is the program about?
Bison Fellowship is an intensive, hands-on experience where selected participants:
- work on 8-week real-world projects in areas such as AI, machine learning, and physics
- receive 1:1 mentorship from experts affiliated with top global universities
- collaborate with leading industry partners on solutions deployed in practice
- join a high-level network of engineers, founders, and innovators
Participants also take part in workshops, events, and a final Demo Day, where they present their projects to founders and investors.
International opportunity
The best teams will be invited to a 10-day summer school in Silicon Valley, gaining direct exposure to the startup ecosystem, venture capital, and leading AI researchers.

The program is aimed at:
- outstanding students and graduates in tech and science
- olympiad finalists and competition winners
- developers, engineers, and builders with portfolios (e.g. GitHub projects)
- individuals with strong initiative and a passion for creating impactful solutions
