The Lower Silesian Development Fund has launched the 5th edition of the “Great Startup Battle”, a leading competition supporting academic entrepreneurship in Lower Silesia. Students and recent graduates can submit their innovative business ideas and compete for a prize pool exceeding PLN 10,000, as well as mentoring and investment support.
This year’s edition features a refreshed formula and will culminate in a grand finale on March 11, 2026, at Triqube – the Entrepreneurship Incubator in Wrocław, where the best projects will be presented to a panel of experts.
The competition is open to students of Lower Silesian universities and graduates from the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 academic years. Applications, including a pitch deck (up to 15 slides, PDF), are accepted until January 31, 2026.
