Our Student Develops Statistical Competencies

Not every career path begins with university studies. Sometimes it starts with a decision to try. That opportunity is offered by Success University – the largest free scholarship program for young women in Poland, run by Fundacja Digital University.
It is a one-year development program that combines digital and AI skills training with hands-on practice, mentoring, and individual HR guidance.
What do you gain?

Who is it for?
For women aged 18–25 who:
- are at the beginning of their careers,
- want to increase their chances on the job market,
- are in a challenging life or financial situation.
Each application is assessed individually, taking into account different life circumstances.
Participation is free, and the number of places is limited – only 48 participants.
