Karolina Tądel among Forbes 30 under 30

Karolina Tądel, PhD student at Wroclaw Medical University, has been named to the prestigious Forbes 30 under 30 list – a distinction awarded to the most inspiring and innovative young leaders in Poland.

Karolina is Head of Data Management and a recognized voice in the field of artificial intelligence and digital transformation in healthcare. At Wroclaw Medical University, she is conducting her doctoral research on the preparation and implementation of AI algorithms in public hospitals, with a special focus on the first AI-based tool for neonatal sepsis diagnostics. She also shares her expertise with students as the initiator and lecturer of the course Application of AI and Innovative Technologies in Medical Sciences at the Faculty of Pharmacy.

Beyond her academic and professional work, Karolina is actively involved in projects that connect science, business, and innovation. She serves as President of the Global Entrepreneurship Week Foundation in Poland, coordinates startup challenges for the medical sector, and contributes to major international initiatives in digital health.
