Free webinar: GenAI in Education – From Fundamentals to Practical Application
2026-01-26
Young Science is gaining momentum
2026-01-29Induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs) have transformed modern biology and experimental medicine, enabling new approaches to disease modeling, drug testing, and the development of cell-based therapies. This webinar will explore both the research potential of iPSC technology and the practical challenges related to cell culture, differentiation, and experimental applications.
Participants will gain insight into current directions in iPSC research, key laboratory considerations, and common issues that may affect the quality and reliability of results. The webinar is intended for researchers, PhD candidates, students, and others involved in biomedical research who wish to deepen their understanding of iPSCs and their practical use.
The session will be led by Dr Sylwia Bobis-Wozowicz, Assistant Professor at the Department of Cell Biology, Faculty of Biochemistry, Biophysics and Biotechnology, Jagiellonian University in Kraków, whose research focuses on stem cell–based therapies, extracellular vesicles, and genome-editing technologies.
