Young Talents 2026 – call for applications
2026-03-11A new online community has been launched to connect students, doctoral candidates and early-career researchers interested in developing their scientific careers. The Young Science Facebook group aims to create a space for sharing opportunities, exchanging experiences and building collaborations among young scientists.
Join the group: https://www.facebook.com/groups/1243821644230039/
The initiative is linked to the Young Science program at Wroclaw Medical University, which supports young researchers through mentoring, nano-grants and activities that help them take their first steps in science.
According to Wojciech Szlasa, MD, one of the program’s coordinators, building a community is an important element of supporting young researchers ,-
Young scientists often work at the intersection of research, clinical work and teaching. Having a space where they can exchange knowledge, ask questions and find collaborators can significantly accelerate their development.
The program’s coordinator, Prof. Julita Kulbacka, emphasizes that science grows through collaboration and open dialogue, –
A strong scientific community is built on mentoring, exchange of ideas and mutual support. Initiatives like the Young Science group help create an environment where young researchers can develop their potential and find inspiration for future projects.
The Young Science Facebook group is open to anyone interested in research, scientific collaboration and academic development.
