2025-10-23The new EDUxAI guidelines, authored by dr Joanna Mytnik, offer students a thoughtful roadmap for using AI responsibly, creatively, and critically in academic life.
The document presents ten principles for wise use of AI in education, encouraging reflection on when and how to involve digital assistants in the learning process. Students will find practical advice on generating ideas, summarizing texts, verifying sources, improving writing, and managing information flow — all while protecting academic honesty and personal autonomy.
EDUxAI goes beyond simple “how-to” tips. It invites students to think about what kind of learners we want to be in the age of intelligent technologies, how to balance efficiency with curiosity, automation with authenticity, and data with meaning.
The guidelines are available online in an interactive format that makes learning engaging and accessible to everyone interested in the future of higher education.
