2025-09-03
6th International Wroclaw Scientific Meetings
2025-09-03The course “Mapping the process of drug discovery and development in the context of patent protection, technology readiness level, and planned commercialization pathway” is a training designed to prepare participants for effectively managing innovative drug projects—from the research stage to market implementation—while taking into account legal and business aspects.
The aim of the course is to provide an understanding of the drug development and commercialization process, as well as mapping its individual stages in terms of assessing the project’s technology readiness. The course will also present methods for protecting the intellectual property rights of the inventors, ensuring the product’s value for the life science sector. The discussed issues will be aligned with the expectations of the pharmaceutical industry regarding product development.
The benefit of participating in this training will be the opportunity to gain practical knowledge about legal processes, patent requirements, and their impact on R&D decisions, as well as to strengthen competencies in planning the technological development and commercialization of one’s own discoveries.
Participation in the course will minimize the risk of procedural errors and increase the chances of market success of a drug development project thanks to a better understanding of critical stages—from research to implementation.
The training will take place on September 10, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
